SUMMER:
The Val Gardena, one of the most beautiful hiking areas of the Dolomites with a variety of high alpine routes, metallic fixed rope trails, excursions but also comfortable walks for the entire family. All this is offered without using the car. Thanks to the Gardena Card you may reach the starting point of your excursions by bus or with the ascent installations. The most bravely of you have the possibility to undertake ambitious mountain bike tours or/and to overfly the Gardena Valley with the paraglide.

WINTER:
The winter in the Val Gardena is a paradise for the sport enthusiasts due the many possibilities like ski, cross-country ski, ice-skate and winter hikes. The Dolomiti Superski vaunts a carrousel of 460 ascent installations with its 1220 km of perfect prepared ski runs. The Gardena Valley itself offers 81 ascent installations with 175 km of ski slopes. In additional to the lived ski adventure there are several cross-country ski runs, toboggan slopes and snowshoe walk routes waiting for you to be experienced.
